When we install modules that we want to try out on our local machine sometimes it will crash DotNetNuke and no matter what page it goes you will get "yellow page of death". This will guide you on fixing DNN and bring it back to normal state in order to uninstall module causing problem.
We noticed that we encounter following error in DNN often when we install 3rd party modules or installed our own modules on newly built DNN site on local development machine.
"Could not load file or assembly or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format." error in ASP.NET
To Fix this
Go to bin directory where my.assembly.dll is located causing this error and simply rename this dll to my.assembly.dll.bak or move the assembly.
